Covenant House Nineline- 1-800-999-9999 or http://www.nineline.org provides immediate crisis intervention, support and referrals if you are feeling suicidal, in a crisis or a runaway abandoned youth.

National Organizations

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) www.nami.org- Call to locate a self-help group in your area, obtain resources and ask questions. Help is available M-F 10am-6pm.

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance http://www.dbsalliance.org or 1-800-826-3632 provides free materials on depression and manic depression
