Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Through CBT, clients can expect to increase awareness of thought patterns and gain better control of anxiety symptoms. This service is useful for all ages, though we typically treat adolescents and adults with general and social anxiety symptoms. Most times our clients present with anxiety related to significant life changes that can cause adjustment issues. Some symptoms of anxiety include racing thoughts, negative self-talk, social isolation, anxiety or panic attacks, difficulty sleeping, and difficulty controlling worry.
