About Us
Design Meets Mind, LLC is a mental health and well-being practice that serves individuals, couples and families.
Our Vision is to create generational impact through authentic connections that stabilize mental health and well-being for every individual we encounter.
Our Mission is to empower individuals and revive families by providing inspirational and transformational mental health and well-being services through counseling, coaching and educational workshops.
Our History
Design Meets Mind, LLC (DMM) originally opened in 2015 as a consulting practice supporting educators in designing learning environments and counselors in obtaining PA licensure. Unfortunately, plans changed due to various circumstances, and there were no services offered via DMM for several years. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine, Chantál C. Wright (Founder of Counseling Services and Clinical Director for DMM), learned that the company she was employed with would lay off their clinicians. It was during this time, DMM was established as a counseling practice. DMM began serving individuals, couples and families via live video conferencing and quickly sought credentialing with insurance companies to make services more affordable. Today, we continue to provide teletherapy services to all ages, as well as our newest service, Resilience Coaching for college students and recent graduates. We also design resources such as support groups and workshops to foster mental health and well-being for individuals, couples, and families.
